Our History

We are community focused & guided by the seasons to create menus that place an emphasis on seasonal, organic, wild & foraged produce, supporting local farmers, producers & businesses.

Our winelist is carefully selected with a focus on small independent producers & our beer list showcases some of the best local Irish craft beers

Gather is the perfect place to enjoy a comfortable & delicious meal in a relaxed & informal environment.

Lovely place to relax and enjoy good food. The place is not too cramped or loud, the food is absolutely delicious, local and in season where possible, and there is a ship and café connected to the restaurant so you can browse quality Irish products to take home with you, etc. I will definitely come back!

Lovely quiet restaurant with beautifully cooked fresh food. Quick, efficient, polite staff. The chowder deserves an award for being so good. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Tuam (it’s basically a requirement).

This place stands out with its unique and cozy atmosphere, setting it apart from the typical restaurants you'll find in Ireland, in my opinion. The flavors were exceptional, and my wife shared the same sentiment. We spent approximately 50 euros for a meal for two adults and one child, and every cent was well worth it due to the fantastic experience. I highly recommend it!
